A very busy weekend

We went to dinner at the club on Friday night and Kacy got to wear her Pooh dress.
Kacy got a new weeble treehouse

Kacy found a roll of wrapping paper in the hallway and had some fun.
Lounging on her crab towel during adult swim.
Kacy still enjoys her crab floatie, though she does like to take a lap around the pool with dad. She is getting her face in the water on her own, more to drink the water than start swimming. But it's a start!

Crab hat, crab float and crab towel: think the girl lives in Maryland or what?
Kacy can't get over John Scot's hair. Perhaps she's a bit jealous?
John Scot didn't really care for Kacy's appreciation of his hair.
Friends again.
John Scot took a turn in Kacy's crab floatie and loved it.
Dad enjoyed feedign Kacy melon on the boat before taking off for a quick ride on Sunday.

Kacy loves sunglasses. She will steal them off anyone's head that she can.

We stopped for lunch at Carson's Creekside in Middle River. Kacy perused the menu but stuck with her Del Monte mixed veggies, even though the crab pretzel was quite tempting. She was a bit full after the cantelope anyway.

Another day at the pool on Sunday...

Still on the move...

Bath time and hanging out with Jack again

Kacy is sitting up on her own for longer periods of time so we've moved on to the next stage of the baby bathtub. She really likes splashing in the water like at the pool.

Last night everyone went to the Mansolillo's for dinner. Kacy enjoyed playing in Jack's exersaucer.
Jack enjoying his jumperoo.

What's Jack up to?

Kacy is so excited she spit up.

I spy my toy cookie jar...

Plastic cookies have nothing on biter biscuits.

Going to the yacht club...in Grandma's new beach bag!

Where are we going today on the boat?
Oh...Fairley's Creek again!

With Aunt Mary pre-swim.

Hanging out on the new big raft that Grandpa won from the boat store...with Shar and Grandma. The beer looks very enticing...

Kacy's First Parade and Fireworks Show

A future ballerina in our midst? Aunt Mary hopes so. Kacy wore her sandals for the first time Saturday and was more interested in tasting them than anything else.
Kacy is a lean, mean, Army-crawling machine. She can get up on all fours for longer periods but still falls back to her tummy to crawl. Not that it is stopping her any. She gets just where she wants to be rather quickly. Still at the two-teeth mark. No new sprouts on the horizon.

Kacy participated in the Baltimore Yacht Club Independence Day Parade on Saturday. It was her first time in a parade of course. She didn't win any prizes but we had fun walking around the island with Grandma in our decorated stroller.

Little Miss Liberty 2007.

Middle River did their fireworks Saturday night. Kacy enjoyed sitting on dad's shoulders pre-show.
Happy almost-4th-of-July!
