A Day at the National Aquarium in Baltimore

We headed downtown to go to the aquarium yesterday morning with the Wolfes. Dad documented our walk from the parking garage.

Kacy's First Wine Festival

We spent Saturday at the Great Grapes wine festival at Oregon Ridge. Kacy checked our tasting glasses when we arrived.

And enjoyed a bite of the Starbucks freebie they were giving out on the way into the festival.

Jack and his parents, Tony and Shelley, came to spend the afternoon with us. Kacy was very happy when Jack arrived so she could hang out with someone other than Mom and Dad.

Jack also checked out a tasting glass and deemed it good to go.

We made it over to the music area and the kids made a run for it back for a winery's booth.

Jack and his parents came back to our house for more wine and dinner (in that order!) Jack read to Kacy after dinner.

The sweaty kids needed a bath after their busy (and hot) day...Kacy's first coed bath experience. The moms don't think it phased either of them, different parts or no.

Hanging Out With Daddy

Kacy and Dad got to hang out while mom was in NYC for the night last week...She still loves climbing into (and playing inside of) boxes.

Kacy has gotten into purses and bags lately...Like always wanting to have one on her shoulder.

Two New Allen Cousins

Kacy is very excited to have two more Allen cousins (well, technically 2nd cousins we think...mom's cousins' babies. I don't do geneology.)
Caroline Canney was born on May 15 in Oregon, Wisconsin.

And James Totaro was born this morning in Rocklin, California!!!

With one more on the way in December, for Kyle and Courtney, 2008 will produce yet another Allen baby trifecta!

Father's Day Weekend

We had a good weekend at home...

We went to College Park on Saturday for Kacy's first haircut, with mom's friend Dona...She did pretty well, but luckily it was just a quick trim. She wouldn't have sat much longer than that.

We spent Father's Day at the club swimming...

Connecticut Adventures

Another trip to Connecticut for the weekend...And we made a stop at our favorite grocery store ever, Stew Leonard's in Norwalk. Kacy enjoyed it as well.

The singing milk cartons caught Kacy's attention.

We went to Mike Maduri and Dana Maybo's wedding rehearsal at the Shore and Country Club in Norwalk last Friday night.

It was hot, hot, hot on Saturday, so we went to Liz Tersigni's mom's pool for some much-needed cooling off. Kacy loved the sunglasses, despite them being crooked.

That night, mom's Stamford girlfriends came over for dinner, and Kacy got to play with Bella Porco again.
