First Birthday Gift Winner

And the winner for the arrival of the first 2nd birthday gift is: The Bouets. Thanks Aunt Jean, Abu and Abuelito. Kacy is very excited for her fun suitcase. It will make its inagural trip to Florida in two weeks! And while she did love toting the bag around, initially, she was more excited about the catalog that came IN the box. To be 2 again.

A hat is always necessary.

Kacy Hearts Halloween Mickey and Pluto

Kacy got fun Halloween-themed Mickey and Pluto animals from her Boots and GrandDan in the mail this week. Trying to get a good pic of her with her new loves proved tough. She didn't quite understand that putting your arms AROUND them is different than putting them in a chokehold.

2nd Annual Clark's Farm Visit

We had such a good time at Clark's Elioak Farm in Ellicott City last year with Jack and his parents, that we went back again this year and added to the gang. Kacy and John Scot enjoyed riding in JS' fun wagon.

The three musketeers with Humpty Dumpty.

Jack checking out the Three Little Bears' house.

Kacy confusing a swan with a chicken. Hey, it works.

This is what happens when you try to get three kids under 2 to pose together on a swan.

Kacy and the Crooked Man.

Again, trying (unsuccessfully) for another shot of the three kids together, in the mouth of the whale this time.
Kacy holding Baby Ella, who also joined in on the fall fun.

Finally, time to pick out the perfect pumpkin. While not officially a pumpkin patch (in my opinion--just a ton of small, Kacy-size pumpkins strewn around a field, not a vine in sight) the size made it conducive for the kids to easily pick up and carry their choices.
